Hibernating.
Snow is a thin and chilly sheet draped across the shivering street beyond my window. This is not the spring we expected.
One us is abroad. One expectant. One temporarily embroiled in another project. One lost in the woods.
We have been quiet for a few weeks now and will remain so for a few weeks more. But now snow falls that doesn’t insult bulbs.
